Yog

Daily routine of a healthy person :- Good health is the key to all the
happiness. An unhealthy body is like a graveyard. Who is healthy? Sage writes in the
Ayurveda text sushrut.
This means, a person who has all the three humors – wind, bile and phegm in equal
quantity the fire of the stomach is normal (neither very less nor very high), Body
contains the seven substances essence blood,flesh, fat, bones, marrow and sperm are
in the required quantity urination and excretion is normal, the ten senses (ears, nose,
eyes, skin, taste, rectum, genital organs, hands, legs and tongue) mind and their ruler

the soul remain happy then such a person is said to be healthy. The sage have given
a broad and scientific definition to the word health. The three pillars to attain this

healthiness are diet, sleep and celibacy.
